This reduced fee encourages sellers' agents to recommend your bid against others. And because sellers pay all closing commissions, utilizing our services won't cost

New home builders pay agents a 3% commission to bring them buyers. When you allow Equity Kept to “refer” you to the builder of your choice, we’ll split the commission with you.
