We’ll also provide a metal “For Sale” yard sign and an electronic lockbox for your front door. These modern lockboxes provide added security because only authorized agents can access them. Time-stamped log files track anyone who enters or exits your home during authorized showings. Equity Kept will also begin creating your detailed property summary.
